We have had guests and participants in our summits from all over the world. When you join EAYS, you gain access to a network of researchers, professors, and fellow enthusiasts all dedicated to furthering the reach and understanding of East Asia and East Asian Diaspora.

Additionally, we have opportunities for research projects and collaborations across disciplines and interests.

Exhibitions

 

The exhibition focuses on Tan Shu Zhen, the vice director of Shanghai conservatory from 1949 to 1984, through the lens of his childhood, his early life, the Cultural Revolution, and post cultural-revolution. The exhibition aims to recognize the hardship he went through, and how he set stage for future Chinese western-musicians. The exhibition will be hosted on February the 7th, 2024, at the Chinese American Museum DC.
